home, hospital, dr's office - way too high and i never had white coat syndrome in my life ;)

i think i can squarely take the blame - not taking the thyroid meds for 2 to 3 weeks might have done me in. checking for causes the nih uk website lists hormone imbalance/thyroid problems as a cause for high blood pressure
If you've had the thyroid meds why weren't you taking them?

Well, now you know it can’t. I know more about the Thyroids than I want to. Dd’s thyroid meds keep her alive.

    Oh, and PS:

Coming up on 2 months since the car was ordered.

    :glare:

Still within expected time estimate of 60-90 days.

But, the Old Boy now has a heat shield (just a guess) that's
loose and making a racket. And embarrassing. Still driving
on snow tires. I don't want to put any more $ into it if the
new one will be delivered in, like, the next day or two. Sigh.

I've been INCREDIBLY patient, for me.
    Yes, replying to myself.

    And it's always "the way".

Like when a feral misses a day or two and I post here, or
elsewhere, or to their long-ago Mom... they show up
    within minutes.

    So...

    "
    Hi ****,
Good News!! Your ****** should be here in the next couple days!
    "
