I love flat steak, and strip and hanger steaks, Sometimes hard to find. Especially hanger--my favorite. If cooked and sliced correctly--can't be beat.

These were the cheap cuts of meat growing up. As a child (& adult now), we ate a lot of marinated flank steak. I luved it then and luv it now. cross grain cut

She was out on the water for the day fishing with her hubs since the girls are away. They were loading the boat which is something she’s done 100 times before. She got her hand between the boat and the trailer. The girls have been in NM visiting their aunt and will be home Tuesday.
