Checked our weather and it says 69 today with a chance of a shower. After today all I see is 40’s with a chance of snow Weds.

making the bolognese sauce for tomorrow. picked the rest of the pepper that have matured and now dehydrating them in the electric smoker. There were tons that were still green and will probably not mature--not warm enough.
Here's a pic: Armageddon, Carolina Reaper, and Rico. I also have some sweet red peppers but not enough to dehydrate. I'm going to use those in another batch of Pepper's famous Hot Pepper Sauce.

Simple solution...... buy yourself an electric tricycle. There are many to choose from. Like this 3SCORE Electric Fat Trike.Thanks....my balance is not great, so would be a problem staying ON the bike

Up here in the north woods it's currently 30° with a feels like temp of 20° per the weather people. Not so bad. We're headed to the teens and single digits in the next week.
We need SNOW..... so I can break out the snowmobiles, and enjoy snowball fights... ya know, all that Winter Fun.
