Pepper is making Uncle Roy Pepper's famous sage sausage today. I never met uncle roy, but I'm told he was a good man. I usually get hog casings to stuff the sausage with but I'm feeling lazy and I'm just making patties. I think I'm going to add a secret ingredient which would technically make it Pepper's world famous sage sausage.

I added crushed fennel seeds to my pizza sauce and it added this awesome flavor along the oregano, basil, garlic,
salt, and something else--I forgot.
p.s. tibby, no calls before 9pm. I'll be busy making sausage and other stuff. thank you for your cooperation. I know it's going to be tuff but you'll survive.
