Bought some Artisan Flatbread to use as my pizza crust. Made up some fresh pizza sauce. Toppings will be mozzarella, pepperoni and onions. I'll add some fresh mushrooms if they're still any good.

I'm with ya. I would be eating a cheesesteak tonight, but there's no way i'm going out with that cold and wind. it should be over by Sunday.
that's always the question - no way of telling how fresh they are even before you carry them home

The pizza was delicious. I got the artisan bread from an Italian grocery store called Aldi--I'm pretty sure it's Italian because the name ends with a vowel.
