G'mornin, snails!

Happy Gobble-Gobble-eve! Half pan of Caramel Brioche Bread Pudding with cherry bourbon sauce ordered for Friendsgiving on Saturday!!!

Dinner tomorrow at my cousin's house won't have turkey. There's gonna be Lechón, instead.

Had to look that one up, Mad.
Roast pork (suckling pig. Spanish dish.)

Sounds like an eventful day! One of these days, I'll get to do steaks or something. ;) But with the GF, it's Turkey all the way with all the fixings! Because Turkey (she loves Turkey, cooks it all year around, but usually just buys a turkey breast and roasts it.)

Oh, morning.

And good moring to you too Dale!

Great prepwork Dale! (or maybe you do two days worth?)
Just some prepping today Atty, lots of things can't be done until tomorrow.
Turkey is ready to be put in the oven first thing, cornbread for dressing baked and crumbled, every thing on the counter for final assembly in the morning. Sweet potato casserole has to wait for in the morning since it has raw eggs in the mix.
Three or four hours for yeast rolls to rise  Kids won't let me skip those
