We had a high near 60 today. Wow.
I had KFC. They have a new $20.00 bundle that isn't a bad deal, and I can get 2 decent meals out of it, maybe 2.5 meals. Better than the former $30.00-ish full-boat deal. The trade off is that it has small sides and no wings. So 6 pieces, 4 individual-sized sides (cole slaw, mac and cheese, potatoes+gravy, corn) plus 4 biscuits. That's two chicken dinners, and maybe some leftover chicken meat to make a chicken salad sammy or something. So you all know what I'll be having tomorrow.

I've made meals out of the summer sausage and smoked cheese from the local meat market. I put a slice of each on a saltine cracker. Some of those makes a great meal.

Lost our power yesterday about 5 or 5:30, had a major storm with lots of hail. At first the power company said we’d have power by 6:30 , then they called and said it would be 10:30. Needless to say after hours of darkness and no internet I went to bed.
Planning to go see dad today if possible.
