Good morning Atty and Dale and Fran. I fell asleep last night, in my contacts, and awoke at 3am. I took my contacts out and went back to bed, worried that I wouldn't get back to sleep, but I did. I slept in till nearly 9.

Burgers, fried taters and veggies.

Mac 'n Cheese, probably add some leftover roasted chicken.
Ham and cheese with tomato for lunch.

Tonight was salmon for DH and half a ribeye for me.

I tried to take a nap this afternoon but it didn’t happen.
Did get a couple of things done after Kalli and DS left.

Tonight we're having roast beef, potatos, onions and carrots. Is cooking in oven.
