Snails - Response on Threads Part 8

Hey Snails - long time no see. It's been one illness or accident after another. Several episodes of gall bladder/stones that had me on the brink of hospital each time. Waiting on surgeon referral now. Then I had a backward running fall onto my back on the edge of the hearth. Thought I had broken my back but somehow cracked a rib and had a lot of neck and head pain along with a sprained wrist. The rib part of it has been horrendous. I'm just now really able to get up and around without yelling with pain. Luckily dh has been a champ and taken excellent care of me. So that's where I've been - nowhere fun, but still alive!

You should have been in Rome like Pepper drinking wine and this would have never happened. Get well soon.

I actually try to avoid meat on all Fridays, but sometimes I can't or don't. During Lent, I have to. Happy Good Friday, all.
