Good morning, dale.:) 84 for us today followed by 4 days in the 90's. Too hot.
It’s 90 here right now Fran, looking at at least two weeks of it. Probably won’t get much better for the summer.

I hope you have some pork fat in those beans? Pork fat makes everything better. Hi, Dale.
    Hey Pepper :)
    It sure does! ;)

Since I'm further West than you, MM, the heat dome hit here yesterday. 96 ish with heat index in the 100's.
Of course, the power went out in my neighborhood at the peak-temp point. :-x It did come back on before 10 pm so I could watch President Trump's briefing. Glad I have an antenna. Internet/cable didn't come back though, so I couldn't say goodnight unless I used cell service (was saving phone, and charging it when power came back).

So anyway, good morning snails. I"m going to get an early start on chores before the power grid blows again.

Stay cool, even if you have to relocate to some public space for a while. Heat kills more often than cold.

Good morning Mighty, Atty and Fran. :)

Hey Dale. What's this all about? "Arkansas allergies"...

Never heard of "Arkansas allergies". What's different about Arkansas? Any ideas from the locals?
Huh, never heard of that but I’m not surprised. Maybe due to all the trees and pollen we have.

The heat wave has already been here for a couple of days, we’re used to it but I’m sure sorry to hear it’s hitting you guys too.

Edit to add: Google Search. About Arkansas allergies, I was right.

    No you can't
Plans on going out early food shopping around 8:00 am came to an end, when the weather was updated from sunny to rain. Not heavy, though enough to cancel my plans.

As far as electric goes, made sure all my solar generators were charged up. This way if AC goes out I'll be able to use my fans, lights, tv and keep the food cold.

    All this rain is depressing.
