It has been a crazy last few weeks. I've gone from an MRI showing a complete tear of my rotator cuff, and needing surgery to no surgery and I'll be fine with some limitations. Before I had this major surgery/recovery/rehab, I wanted a 2nd opinion. I saw the top ortho shoulder surgeon in Delaware and he advised against the surgery. He said that because it's been more than 2 months since the injury, my age, the tendon will not reattach after surgery. WHAT??? I will have some limitations working out, but something I can get around. My pup is keeping me busy. lol Hopefully, things will calm down in the next month and I'll have a chance to take a breath.
