Today was cleaning day, and I misplaced one of my I-Sticks......why, oh why did I clean today?!?! 
Euraka! It was in the garage....laid it down while I was straightening something out.....

Well, all this BS with my state has me worn out. I wonder if the vape shops CAN form some kind of lawsuit or file injunctions. 40% is theft, in my books. Putting all these shops out of business is NOT going to get the money the state WANTS. WTH are they thinking?

@Katmar... the DIY ingredients without nicotine are available from other sources.
Many flavorings (not tobacco though) are candy flavorings. And PG can be had from other venues besides e-cig sellers. It's used by farmers for example. (Not sure on the details though. You do want USPS PG). So if you don't care about nic you may not be in a bad spot. It's all about the nic.
You could always order PG and claim to be using it as pet-safe antifreeze.
