I no longer need to submit anything and I do have coverage.
HOWEVER...
So, the bill for that 09jan17 visit and procedure is still a bill.
No... my eligibility will be "as of January 1, 2017" because
the jerkwads at the State dragged their feet for OVER TWO MONTHS.
I shall print EVERYTHING from 16nov16, staple the bill to all that stuff,
and send it to my provider to deal with. I will NOT pay that bill.

Unless you're in non-green-energy stocks or any natural resources exploitation, I'd move it all into safe havens. Manufacturing is 50/50...if it's domestic already then OK, but if it is supposedly "moving back"...that remains to be seen.
