Tonight's menu...

Bacon-wrapped scallops (yes... BY HAND, @AttyPops )
Mozzerella sticks in Italian-seasoned bread crumbs, baked (not fried)
Caesar Salad

And I have to run out to pick up a dessert of some sort.

(The bacon gets "par-sizzled" before wrapping to avoid overcooking
the delicate scallops.)

Added:
... marinated mushrooms
... marinated artichoke hearts
... roasted garlic cloves

dessert @ 19h00
... 3 pound chocolate and peanut butter pie, chocolate graham cracker crust,
whipped cream, caramel drizzle and Reese's peanut butter cups on top.
