I've tried several, and am pretty darn close with 'Morning Brew' by Phastasm...as a matter of fact, it was so good I ordered 100ml bottle.
But, just got some flavors in and going to try and duplicate my all time favorite from Ms.T......coffee and cream.

I'm pretty much done buying ready made......have enough flavors for lots of goodies. Problem is I want what I want when I want.

Experimenting can get frustrating!

tobacco and fruits....have you found a good coffee? I would love to try that again. It's been awhile because I couldn't find any good coffee after carto use.

Dad discharged and carted back to apartment.

Did a few odds and ends over there. He's going to take a nap
because he said zero sleep overnight. (I know he probably had
SOME sleep, but...)

So, some exhalation time... except I'll probably be calling the
vet to ask a couple questions...
... is T'mato in pain?
... at what point do I/we make "the decision"?

He is drinking a bit (litter box tells me so) but nothing to eat.
I've given him the appetite stimulant pills to no avail. It will
begin to affect him... and do we wait until he falls over?...
does some other telling thing?... do it BEFORE any of that
(although I'm not sure I could do that because "hope" and all).

He wanted to go out as soon as I came home and he's off
walking around finding a spot to snooze. Activity level still
quite normal.

Glad you got your dad back home and he can begin to truly relax and heal

I'm sure you know no one can really reply to the part about T'mato other than to be here and be supportive of you and whatever you feel you have to do {{{hugs}}}

Sure but the smoker's are about 8' from the a/c and I only mess with the stuff a few times while smoking
