I emailed them and asked about it. Hope they respond. I'll let you know.
And maybe they will still take phone orders? That would be okay.

They do not NEED to (just) take phone orders. I'm not a customer
there, but possibly someone who *is* a customer could/should
inform them that sky does not begin to fall until 08aug18 (or is
it 10may18?). And, possibly, the sky will not fall at all. They need
to "make hay while the sun shines".

but don't forget that stores are supposedly obligated to submit a list of their items being sold quite soon. who knows what kind of paperwork is involved there and what the penalties are if you fail to comply :?:

Their home page notice mentions anything with nicotine will no
longer be available. That still leaves all their other inventory...
but they do not seem to realize that the equipment is ALSO
considered "tobacco products".

If paperwork is required soon, MAYBE they do not understand
the FDA's definition of "tobacco product".

and/or

If they do understand and are submitting paperwork for all their
other pieces and parts, then why not liquids as well? There is no
cost involved... yet.

So... dunno. I'm seeing it as a misunderstanding on their part.

I've been known to be wrong. Just search "mea culpa" posted
by "SilverBear". :)

I seriously don't understand why the shops are doing it this way, but I guess I'm no expert on the regs.

    All the industry needs is:
    1) A standard base solution (maybe several with different strengths) that the shops re-sell (unflavored). These would be approved via the "regs" paperwork
    2) Sell SEPAREATE no-nick "flavor-shots"...custom recipes of their flavorings that are designed to be mixed into the unflavored base.

The only thing regulated is #1, right? Places like NN or whomever could make the nic base. Indie-Shops could resell it (unaltered) + flavor-shot in a combo package.

'Missouri lawmakers gave final approval Monday to legislation
barring people younger than 18 from buying electronic cigarettes,
while exempting the nicotine products from other tobacco sales restrictions."
