From what I have been able to find out, 2 years seems to be the answer, just not sure. And will I go through that much in 2 years. Isn't PG/VG what we use the most of in liquids?

You can find PG at any pharmacy. No urgency in stockpiling that ingredient.
4 GALLONS is 15,142 ml. If you vape 15ml a day, that's approximately 1000
days... 2.7 years, give or take. (Actually, it will last longer because
some portion of your liquid will be flavouring.)
