So... here is T'mato's weight history. (I erased a double entry for today...
must have been too early for the folks there to think clearly.) I'd kind of
ignore the 05jul10 entry as well... obviously an error. Look how HAPPY he
was to have his picture taken (back in '07)!

He's lost another 1.2 pounds in a week.

He's not eaten. He *is* drinking... using litter box... walking around...
meowing to go out... still able to get up onto his human bed. I'm having
a very difficult time saying "enough" what with his almost-normal
behaviour with NO sign of pain or discomfort . No sermon about how
"unfair" that may be. I get it. I do.

Nobody can judge you on this, Bear. You are doing the right thing. Either YOU will know, or HE will let you know. I wish he would eat, though. Have you tried tuna and other people food?

Yes, all kinds of stuff he normally would go wild over. He especially
liked gravy. I made some (that packaged stuff), but no-go. (We'll
have mashed potatoes tonight to use it up.) Canned tuna... even
warmed up to make it stinky like cats enjoy it. And tomato sauce.

Other than the eating, I'll let him do whatever he wants to do.
But very soon after he "lets us know", he'll be going in one last time.
And I'm watching closely... and waiting.
