dh fell this morning and at 11:15 i was in the er. i just left there - he broke his hip; surgery probably tomorrow morning

will update as i can - gonna take care of my zoo and head back to the hospital ....

It took the full 2 days. Stayed the 2nd night at Aunt/Uncle's place so as not to drive home at night. Got home here around noon (stopped to eat), and collapsed for a while before trying to catch up. Caught up now.

Wondered what happened to you, Tibs. So very sorry..... I hope the surgery goes well. M's 92 year old uncle broke his hip pretty bad and he sailed through the surgery. I was astounded, considering his age.

we'll find out tomorrow unfortunately, his deep brain stimulator complicates things to a degree.
