Question for all you Deeming insiders...

Product "X" was on the market OUTSIDE of the US prior to 08aug16.

But no US vendors carried it on that date... not even pre-order.

Are US vendors able to stock it now/future without filing any paperwork?
In other words, is it considered a "new" product?

(Asking because there are two RTAs available across either pond, but
no US vendor has them yet... and they could be of-interest to me.)

    REQUIRED online age checking? (Are there posts elsewhere?)
    There's a thread somewhere with a list of vape store closings, I'll see if I can find again :)

    No clue about the overseas products :unsure:

    My thinking on that is it will all depend on how a package is labeled when it hits customs,I don't think there's any way they could have a list of all the stuff out there before the 8th,time will tell I guess :2c:
