"Casino East" really ticks me off. I received a postcard YESTERDAY (that would
be 15sep16) saying that my 450 comp points will expire on 17sep16 and that I
need to visit and play BEFORE that date to keep them active. ONE WHOLE
DAY notice?!?!

OK, fine... it'll take less than 80 minutes to do a round trip, including play.

But you *KNOW* I'll be requesting to speak with somebody in-charge.
