Oh and PS... "Casino Hag" sent a pic of a kitty somebody is looking
to unload. It always makes me wary about WHY somebody wants to
get rid of an animal:

We are kind of partial to tuxxies... more than likely because of our Gizmo
who was THE "perfect cat". I'm having "C H" ask for more details.

We are currently in sorta-kinda negotiations with a hub's co-worker who is
looking to unload a female Maine ..... I have quite a few questions before
even becoming remotely serious about it.

I envisioned adopting a rescue, and having a hard time considering an animal
that already has a home. The Maine .... would get scooped up quickly if
turned over to a shelter... and I would mention that if/when I actually get to
talk with the owner. Right now, it's just hubs and her chit-chatting. I have
questions.
