Waving at Classy
The girl dog is feeling well enough to run in circles...sigh. It'll apparently be 6-9 month before she builds up the needed scar tissue in her knee.
Working toward getting the final contract and the appraisal for my construction, but my short-term loan person is out of town next week, which means the appraisal won't be ordered until the following week. The chances of breaking ground before my mom arrives on Oct 14th are slim to none. I had originally hoped to have it done before she got here, and then to have it partially done, and then to have it at least started. It's annoying. It's taken me 9 months to find a freaking contractor. It'll only take a few months once it starts, but i would really like to get it started. just venting- it is what it is, and it'll work out.
