I made it home yesterday evening, After a 6-hour delay in the Columbus airport while they fixed the primary computer on the plane. We spent the first two hours on the plane, while they re-booted several times, and then the last 4 hours in the aiport itself. I'd left the hotel for the airport at 6am, and got home at 6pm. The customer service was decent- they stayed nice and helpful and provided snacks and pizza (and 10K extra frequent flyer miles). it was still a very long day.
