yup! just started on mine now ..........

Just finished mine.
Sweet-and-Sour Chicken* + veggies + pineapple over rice.
Was really more teriyaki, since I used extra soy sauce and brown sugar along with the pineapple juice.

* Unbattered because meh.

I've taken to quick-fry pork chops now. Done medium so little-to-no pink but still juicy and crusty outside (seasoned heavily).

He says the secret is a dry-brine, but the method works with just heavy seasoning too. The idea though, is to have it pretty dry on the outside to brown quickly.

Yeah, I used to be in the "simmer for a long time until they fall apart" camp.
I've only recently switched camps.

But it depends on your butcher. The real thin chops, IDK.
