I am sure there is something his lawyer could draw up... whatEVER that
would/could be. But like I said... kind of in essence: Why spend $100
to get $50? (You "get" what I mean.)

And, no... it's NOT worth the $50 (as example) to just simply shut him up.

What ticks me off is the annual call-to-action for people to grab that dough (*)
and how "easy" they make it sound... when it is anything BUT easy. It's a
convoluted wad of red tape asking for "proof" which - in this case - simply
does NOT exist!!! How can you prove something that NEVER happened?!?!

And all the $$$ that people are UNABLE to claim just goes into the State's coffers.
