First they tell me:
"IT’S TIME TO RENEW YOUR NY STATE OF HEALTH COVERAGE"
Then, when I go there, they tell me:
"You must return to your account between November 16, 2016 and December 15, 2016"
So... it's really NOT "time to renew", is it?
Do not tell me "IT'S TIME TO RENEW" and then tell me to come back in almost
1 month's time. Liars. Deplorables.
I'm sure it will only get better.
