Not yet, but the financing is in place and we met with the contractor on Monday. He'll pull the permits. Hopefully the city will accept the survey done when i moved in ten years ago. It's just barely possible that we'll break ground next week, but more likely it'll be the week after thanksgiving.

OOooooo!!! This year they want attached supporting documents
(eg: 2015 Federal and NYS tax returns). Like they don't already
HAVE those... or access to those. They're getting smarter!
But, available plans remain taxable income-based.
I will need to contact the actual insurance company for a copy of
the contract. NYS told me they are just the "determining"
entity and provide the path TO the policy. OK. Fine. Gotcha!
