Classy, cauliflower salad is made exactly like potato salad, except with cauliflower......I cook the cauliflower a bit a la dente, but even if it's done more, that's OK too. Simply add chopped celery, onions, mayo and anything else you would put into a potato salad.
Saves on a lot of carbs and is quite good......

She's just about ALWAYS on-the-go. I've never seen a cat
that sleeps LESS than her. She lives to play.
