There's so many people that have spent years trying to sabotage that program, and a new Admin coming in that promises to change it, including putting back pre-existing conditions exceptions, that any debate over the next year's rates and changes...worthless.
Anything can work if you want it to. And anything can be sabotaged if you want to do that too. I'm so tired of polarized politics and so tired of being lied to. "Government" is not the problem. People are. I'm old enough to remember pre-Regan and I remember the 60's even so I know, from History class and from some experience, how things used to work when we had a strong middle class and the corporations didn't literally run everything, while teaching you to hate the only thing that represents you and protects you from them.
So, anyway, IDK. Ask bear.

pissy. I wrote an addendum to the 1040 pointing out that a dividend
"windfall" in 2015 was an anomaly... one time... unexpected... not to be
duplicated in 2017. It's like trying to have an educated conversation with
a sloth.
