Also, I am STILL confused by the Pa. tax thing. Nobody notified me, no notice in any paper, no tax forms mentioned on any news, radio, etc..so how is the average person supposed to know that they MAY owe taxes, let alone which forms to use? I'm sure the state will go after the online vendors demanding names. That's how I got hit for cig taxes, but it really is unfair if they are not providing the information to the public on what to do. None of the forms I found seem applicable.
