There seems to be significant ambiguity as to the definition of "Chicago Bread". Ranging from "any bread baked in Chicago" to a pizza-like stuff with sauce on the dough. And then there's Chicago style Italian.

That one has fries on it, but no egg. So that's not it. But the bread might be close.
