I'm not all sure what's going on Classy.

But for the ACA, you estimate what your income WILL BE for the year, and then you get your policy and the costs are subsidized or not based on that income estimate.

And it changed mid-year. And maybe you were supposed to switch over or adjust the insurance when a change like that happens??????????????????????????

IDK.

So who is the 1099 from? That should tell you more.
My guess?... 1095-A, B or C.

Not 1099.

And the total amount of "benefits" paid...for use on forms where plug-in necessary.
1095-A, C

1095-B is simply a "yes, had insurance" form... trust ME on that one.
(See previous rants late January, early February.)

It LOOKS like a A or C form, but not quite.
