I saw a few posts back about sleeping and the problems some people
have. (I can't relate because sleep - and staying there - comes easy
for me.) But...
I have two friends that preach the gospel of "binaural beat" sleep
enhancement. It's FAR from a new thing, but I had never heard of it
until they started talking about it.
Here's a link with a fairly brief background and some examples. When
you're reading, the word is EN
TRAINMENT (not "entertainment"). It's
also important to note that binaural beat media
requires the use of
headphones or earbuds. Plain speakers will NOT work.

For night-long therapy, search YouTube for "binaural beats" and look
for ones lasting 8 or 9 hours.

PS... I have read in a few places that folks with epilepsy should not
mess with this stuff. FWIW.
