Thanks Tibs. I know but a gal can hope!!!! The nerve pain is in 2 separate places, so I'm in agony a lot. But I will bear with it because I know how lucky I am!

The pain meds don't touch nerve pain. I was on the strongest and it didn't help a bit. Hoping so much that it will come out tomorrrow!

Good morning Dear Snails. Got the final report..ALL CLEAR! All nodes are clean.Still in a great deal of pain and won't get that awful chest tube out today , maybe tomorrow. Sure hope so because the nerve pain is darn near unbearable. Talk to y'all later. Gotta try to eat breakfast.

dh's stayed in 6 or 7 days but his was not a controlled injury .............
how much drainage are you still getting?

how much drainage are you still getting?

It;s not so much the drainage as the amount of air bubbles, and we are down to 1. One doc just stopped in and saw no bubbles. Really hoping.
