waiting on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC rough inspections, but the contractor did replace the roofing felt with a synthetic product (elephant skin) that is lighter, stronger, and watertight. Unlike roofing felt, it's supposed to last even if it takes a week or so to get the shingles on (which is good because the shingles probably won't get here before next week)
