Is a "patio" or "Privacy" fence different than a border fence for the lot? Which is this?
Most yard-fences are just inside the lot line (not usually 10 feet!)
But structural fences are treated like structures, I'd guess, so they make outside patio "areas" and things like houses, sheds, patio-fenced-in need to be 10 feet away. This leaves a 20 foot gap between structures in adjacent lots. But regular fences?
In "the code", it's the ONLY mention of any distance. So, I don't know.

In talking with them a few weeks ago, it was mentioned that there
WILL be a patio area. Now, if the patio area is closer than 10 feet,
is that fence for patio privacy?... if the patio abuts right up to the
fence?

Nothing can be done about the posts... they are sorta-kinda in place
and not moving. :) The fence panels CAN be turned around to have
the "nice side" facing outward.

Stay tuned!!!

Good morning Dale, Tibs, Gracie and Frannie :) Thanks again, Dale, for the beautiful words.
Tibs, sorry DH woke you so early!!!

Never heard of such a thing. o_O. Wonder if they do that in Pa.? Thanks, Classy :)

Give your agent a call and ask, at the minimum the certification for the new roof will help - that one the roofing company will give you.

    Morning,everyone:)

Tigger goes out every morning without fail this time of year.Even if it's raining he'll go out and sit on the covered landing or steps. This morning he didn't even go near the door but went upstairs instead. Worried about him now.

Ty-Grr did that a few times over the last 2 weeks. There was one day
he did not even go out of the house. But I've noticed that he is back
to almost normal since Friday. Whatever it was that caused his fever
must have finally let up. He'll go back to the vet Tuesday to get the
vaccinations he missed due to the temperature.
