Those fires in Cali are really sad and devastating. I read about a couple that had been married for 75 years that died together in the fire.

TGIF even though its the 13th! I caved and turned on the heater this morning before jumping in the shower...66°F is just a bit on the cold side. Zuzu was too busy with territory reconnaissance to let me pick her up for a warming cuddle.

He left with 411,000 in winnings. He'll see maybe 1/2 that after taxes, and then there's all the hotel and travel bills.
Still, one for the record books even if he just breaks even. How many people can say they even won on Jeopardy, let alone had a streak like that.
And good for the gal that won, I'm sure she earned it, to have beaten him. Maybe I'll get to see the replay on-demand.

Right now, our family needs all the good vibes we can muster, or prayers if so inclined, for test results for hubby! It just so happens that Friday the 13th is a very lucky day for our youngest daughter,(she believes it) so maybe, just maybe it will rub off on P! I pray so!
