You're supposed to drink a class or two of water and take a Tylenol/aspirin (if allowed) the night OF, before you go to sleep. 
Although, I should mention that many next-day "cures" include hot-sauce.

Back from my daughter's. It amazes me how hubs can keep his good humor when he's in a lot of pain.Had a light lunch and a nice visit,hubs had jello with fat free cool whip. My daughter surprised me with an earlier Birthday cake.
