Can I ask what your allergic symptoms are for them? (no graphic details, please)there is an awful lot of research that is not reaching doctors, atty, and it seems we're stuck in the 80s
The ratio is, indeed, much more important than the individual numbers. So, if your ratio is good, I wouldn't worry too much, but I would still try to lower my bad cholesterol a bit, just to be safe.
