Feel better @daleron :)

Good morning my MarischinocherryMachoManMagnificent @SilverBear
And another late "Good <insert daypart here>" to everyone in the group! And
that most certainly includes KickyKeenKindlyKemptKinky @Katmar !!!:wub::wub:

..........

The bathroom floor is being done tomorrow, so I'm just running through the house
making sure we won't be reported to the Health Department. Gotta head over to
Dad's in a bit.

OK, since search is NOT working...

Just to tie up the loose end here re: that problem with mystery water
leaking onto the cat food cans, apparently from the main breaker box.

I found - just an hour or so after posting - that the water was INDEED
coming out of the main breaker box. "How was water getting in there?"
you may ask. Well, I'll tell you. As mentioned, we had a LOT of rain
right before the leak was seen... it was a driving rain, up against the
back of the house where the meter is located.

When I took the front panel off the box, I saw drops forming on the
ground wire loop. That water was coming FROM the outside meter
THROUGH the cable.

I called the utility company and was told THEY are responsible only up
to the main riser... and the meter itself. All wiring/cabling from the
riser into the house is MY problem. Including the meter enclosure. !!!

(blah blah blah yack yack yack)

End result is: I figure it's NEVER happened before (since, like 1977)
and the chances of it happening again are kind of slim. So, I tie-
wrapped a big sponge around the spot where the meter-to-box cable
ends and assume any possible future drops will just be absorbed.

And if Tibs is thinking "only OUR BEAR"...

Water inside breaker box - safety concern? - DoItYourself.com Community Forums

I drilled two "weep holes" in the bottom of the meter enclosure.

OK...........Firefox has been updated to version 57..
Win 10 has been updated to 1703.

There is another large update coming called Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (version 1709) which is slowly being pushed to everyone's computer and will take about an hour to update. Supposedly, the updates started in October, and will eventually come to our computers.

Glad we are all getting updated without much problem.

Managed to trim Maddy's nails. At least I got something done today :w00t:
@SilverBear, you are so clever and I hope it works. No more leaks.

Good evening and goodnight Snails. Sleep well, pleasant dreams and a better tomorrow for all :)
