Sorry to have been awol. Things have been crazy and i’ve been slammed, but all is good.

BTW, the construction is almost done. we were down to the punch list and moving the electric meter back to the house from the construction pole...but it turns out that last spring, the cinder block guys cut off the length of rebar embedded on the foundation that was to be used as the neutral ground for incoming electric main.
the regular crew spent about 12 hours yesterday jack hammering through the foundation concrete in search of a new bit of rebar to use as the ground (code here says it has to be embedded in the foundation, can't just be in a deep hole in the ground). hopefully they'll find it today.
we did refinance the building loan, so we're back on a 40 year mortgage.
I'll try to stop in more regularly...still might not be frequent, but maybe enough so that i can read back and see how all y'al are doing
