I called on the 15th and was told the renew process will go live on 15dec.

Not one to be patient about ACA...

I called on the 17th and was told the renew process will go live on 15dec.

There is NO "renew now" link on the website.

By the way... I *think* NY has over 4,000,000 current participants.

400,000 would be 10% of them... "in the coming days".

That leaves 3,600,000 waiting... beyond "the coming days".

I was told my coverage ends 31jan18... due to the debacle last year.

Yep... and the 01jan16 thing must be when I enrolled in my CURRENT plan.

I fully expect they will want a copy of 2016's 1040. Like last year. The one with the
one-off distribution in 2015... that they could NOT get through their THICK SKULLS
was not going to happen again. My face is still raw from all the ing.
