Poor Marsha had a horrible night. Somehow our computer registry got corrupted and the warranty company had to do a complete reset of Windows 10. Only took all night. She just went to bed, after setting up a few of our programs. Thankfully, we have stuff backed up elsewhere and can retrieve it today. But I lost ALL my bookmarks and sites...and so did she...

So sorry, Kat. That sounds bad. It just got corrupted? Like that? For no good reason? Scary...

Probably not. Assuming you do the regular backups (probably does daily snapshots). It's not bad to do though, if you have a spare USB drive. But no, you don't HAVE to do it.

Mine updates weekly, I think.

I know, I'm so bad. DH got those for us--his and hers. I really have no idea how it works, but our Geek Squad guy likes it.

Almost done with my med change. Going a lot better. I seem to have a bit of an appetite after almost 8 years!!!!!!!!!! And I feel calmer and don't obsess about stuff I can't control. And the nausea has eased considerably. Thursday I'll be switched completely over. So glad!!! Then, I eventually want to get off that med, too. Hate pills, but sometimes, necessary!

It MIGHT do a full backup weekly, and incremental (stuff that's changed since the full backup) daily. If not, not a bad option to activate it if you can figure it out.
