well, he's back in my bed now!![]()
Poor Marsha had a horrible night. Somehow our computer registry got corrupted and the warranty company had to do a complete reset of Windows 10. Only took all night. She just went to bed, after setting up a few of our programs. Thankfully, we have stuff backed up elsewhere and can retrieve it today. But I lost ALL my bookmarks and sites...and so did she...![]()

Probably not. Thanks, Atty. I have an external hard drive (My Passport); do I still have to this? Seems redundant.
Probably not.Assuming you do the regular backups (probably does daily snapshots). It's not bad to do though, if you have a spare USB drive. But no, you don't HAVE to do it.

Not a clue how it happened, TweetySo sorry, Kat. That sounds bad. It just got corrupted? Like that? For no good reason? Scary...

It MIGHT do a full backup weekly, and incremental (stuff that's changed since the full backup) daily. If not, not a bad option to activate it if you can figure it out.Mine updates weekly, I think.
I know, I'm so bad. DH got those for us--his and hers. I really have no idea how it works, but our Geek Squad guy likes it.![]()
