How old is it?

You need to run Event Viewer and check the logs. In particular, look for "Bug Check" (It's what we used to call a BSOD.... a Blue-screen-of-death message). It's under Administrative Events/Errors.

Bought in April 2016, not even 2. I'm not gonna touch anything, but, again, will pass along to Marsha. It looks like all that does is show you what may have happened, but not how to fix??? Thanks, Atty and good morning

Well, yeah. Step 1 is to figure out what happened.
Yes, Marsha can do it, doesn't have to be YOU specifically.

If she right-clicks the windows-logo-start-menu-icon and gets a pop-up list of things...Event Viewer may be there. Or she can search for Event Viewer.

Anyway, for Administrative Events there MAY be a bug check for this morning, since it rebooted. Looks like this:

That first part the 0x0000001a....that's the most critical info.
