miserable
i'm pretty skilled in avoiding back problems but that's the lower back. learned out of necessity when i slipped on ice years ago and damaged some discs. this is something new to me - pain is high up, right around the left shoulder blade and not responding to my usual remedies. tried gracie's exercise but no luck there either

Oy. So sorry, Tibs. The only thing that really works for me is Advil (Ibuprofen), but you tried Motrin, so I don't know what else to tell you. Heating pads?
