I know that I have some arthritis as well, but that was not the cause. It runs in my family too, but luckily it isn't debilitating yet. I'm not looking forward to it getting worse...

No, but my sister seems to be working on a case of RA...and sadly, we often end up with some of the same health issues...I'm sorry to hear about the RA in your family, though.

I've already had bone spurs in my shoulder a few years ago. The Osteo told me that it was a sign that I'd be developing arthritis later...
