Another late good morning! Baking is all done and now it's time to assemble the lasagna....won't be cooking it until Christmas morn.....trying to save some time.

Merlin got his stitches out today.
They also gave him subcutaneous fluids, a little dehydrated.
Also a few anti emitics since he is still doing the projectile vomiting thing. (I think it's a hair ball difficulty since it's mostly liquid with some kibble - so I will also be adding a little olive oil to his foods)
Will call Tuesday to make the oncologist appointment.
This older couple were there today to put their cat down. My eyes are all swollen from crying...it's the same place we put Babu down. I don't know why, I guess just with all of this, it just really got to me.

So far so good but we have major icing.Small trees are bent over so much they're almost toughing the ground. It's the big pines with icy branches I don't like at all. With the upcoming frigid temps nothing is going to melt. Tree came down on a house in a neighboring town. Town truck had to stop a bit up the road from us to move a branch that fell across the road.

I think I am going to make a bread pudding to take for Christmas.
But I think I am going to change it up and experiment...
Gonna add in canned apple pie filling (yea, pre-made...oh well...)
And two toppings drizzled on top. One a cream cheese/powdered sugar/milk and the other a salted caramel.
