Sorry about your Netflix :(
Yeah, well if it really was MY Netflix, it would be very different.... ;) :p So much of the crap would be gone. I might only stream 10 premium movies, but they would be "the latest" ones, the big-budget stuff. Oh, and an unlimited supply of cheezy sci-fi from the 50's and 60's type of stuff. And documentaries. Maybe some comedies, but only if they were cheap to stream so I didn't have to soak the users.

No TV series unless it was old-TV nostalgia type of stuff. No foreign low-budget stuff, unless it's cheezy sci-fi from old days. Few flops. I'd cut 90% of their current content. Screw that. And no "Originals".

I don't stream Netflix anymore. Just rent DVD's.
I used to have BOTH the dvd rental and the streaming.

But after having several "dry" months in a row where they didn't release any DVDs that I cared about, I gave up on that. Although that's where a lot of the "first run, prime" stuff is. Then, they switched their website so I can't even view what's on DVD anymore. So I have to use 3rd party sites. The whole thing is just not "cool" to me anymore. I think they lost focus, or are having problems due to changing demographics and viewing habits.

What do you use for DVD rental? Like red-box? Or a DVD store? (I don't think we have those anymore here).

Good night Tibs and Atty :)

No more dvd stores around here, haven’t been for years ... it’s all those red boxes.

    Hi Stone ;)
I haven't tried to rent in awhile...I think my last attempt was renting from the public library, but that whole process....oy.... I know I have seen even all the little mom & pop rental places close down...

Happy New Year Dale :) I hope you are feeling better :thumb:

By the way...I do still have a DVD player collecting dust...I think it's even a fancy Blu-Ray ;)

I think I own 6 movies on DVD (none of them Blu-Ray), but I'm pretty much a "watch it once" kind of a guy unless it pops up on the magic teevee :D
I’ve got a whole mess of ‘em and a little portable DVD player
