IDK what to tell you about the sleep thing, except that I took a nap yesterday and woke up in the middle of the night...so yeah....naps mess you up. IMO...Naps are different than catch-up sleep though, so if you're still tired in the morning take a nap early in the day (before noon).

There will be no nap today. Doctor's appointment with PCP and I'm usually there 2-3 hours. I really HATE sitting there that long, but he's thorough with all his patients and I'm grateful for that. 
OMG! I'm so tired. Sitting in that office...oh my! Had my book, thankfully. Dean Koontz. And I think that for the first time, he did NOT order any tests. I was so excited. Did give me a script for Mobic, which is used to treat arthritis and tendonitis. Also, suggested that stupid boot for a few weeks, but told me to get a shoe lift called Even UP. They sell them on Amazon. That will keep my legs at equal length, and, hopefully, avoid the problems I was having when I tried to wear the boot!

Spent the day quietly. Did absolutely nothing and it feels wonderful. Didn't even read a book; no computer except for about a half hour this morning, no TV, just sitting on the lanai pondering and totally relaxed.
Must do this more often and since I'm retired, no reason not to!
